Award-winning entrepreneur. Occupational Therapist. TEDx speaker. Cancer survivor. Amelia works at the intersection of wealth psychology, family governance, and generational legacy. Trusted by ultra-high-net-worth families and respected as a keynote voice on the global stage.
Amelia St Baker grew up inside one of Australia's most significant family wealth structures. She watched, from the inside, how ultra-high-net-worth families think, communicate, govern, and sometimes fracture. That vantage point became her life's work.
At twenty, Amelia was diagnosed with cancer. That confrontation with mortality, and the recalibration of what truly matters, became the lens through which she now sees everything: leadership, legacy, and why the work you build must outlast you.
An award-winning Occupational Therapist turned entrepreneur, Amelia co-founded Ninja Allied Health, growing it to 40+ staff in under two years and delivering over ten thousand hours of therapy, while committing more than a thousand hours of free care annually to people who can't access funding. In 2026, she acquired the Redlands Children's Therapy Centre, a multidisciplinary clinic supporting children and families across South East Queensland.
She completed her MBA at the University of Queensland as the youngest person ever admitted, was named in the InDaily 40 Under 40, and spent two years on the Queensland Government Innovation Advisory Council advising on innovation strategy and emerging technology.
Today, she works with a small number of ultra-high-net-worth families on the behavioural architecture that determines whether wealth survives across generations. She also teaches business to the health cohort at the University of Queensland, covering what most business schools never go near.
Amelia speaks at a small number of carefully chosen events each year. Conferences, summits, and private gatherings where the conversation around wealth needs to go deeper than financial advice.
How ultra-wealthy families think on a completely different time horizon. The specific behaviours, rituals, and frameworks that create wealth which outlasts any single generation.
A frank look at the patterns Amelia has witnessed firsthand. The unspoken rules, identity crises, and communication failures that silently erode family wealth by the third generation.
For those who are the first in their family to build significant wealth. The psychological shift required, the frameworks to install early, and how to become the ancestor your descendants will point to.
Amelia's TEDx talk brought to life. The science and lived experience behind reprogramming your subconscious for resilience, leadership, and sustained performance. Informed by her own journey through cancer at twenty and building from the ground up.
Amelia's TEDx talk explores the science and lived experience behind reprogramming your subconscious mind for success. Delivered with the authority of someone who has faced mortality and built from zero.
The talk that started the conversation. Watch it to understand the foundation beneath everything Amelia teaches about wealth, resilience, and the behaviour patterns that determine outcomes.
The data is unambiguous. Wealth doesn't fail because of bad investments. It fails because of unresolved family dynamics, unprepared heirs, and the absence of a behavioural architecture to hold it together. That's exactly what Amelia's work addresses.
Everything Amelia knows about how ultra-wealthy families build, protect, and pass on wealth. Distilled into assessments, frameworks, and a community built around a single belief: wealth is behaviour first.
